Nel tratto di costa davanti al <strong>Cormoran Resort Villasimius<\/strong> una semplice uscita in snorkeling di mezz\u2019ora basta per incontrare quattro o cinque specie di pesci diverse, qualche invertebrato e, se sei fortunato, un polpo che ti guarda da sotto lo scoglio. Ecco cosa aspettarti.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019ecosistema costiero in breve<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seabeds of southern Sardinia alternate <strong>fine sand<\/strong>, <strong>Posidonia meadows<\/strong> and <strong>rocky stretches<\/strong>. Ognuno ospita una comunit\u00e0 diversa: la sabbia \u00e8 il regno delle triglie e dei pesci piatti, la Posidonia \u00e8 la nursery di saraghi e seppie, la roccia \u00e8 il rifugio di cernie, polpi e murene. Fare snorkeling significa passare da un ambiente all\u2019altro: ogni pochi metri cambia la scena.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I pesci pi\u00f9 comuni<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Salema<\/strong>: small shoals of silvery fish with horizontal yellow stripes. Vegetarians, they graze on Posidonia leaves.<\/li><li><strong>White bream and striped bream<\/strong>: silvery with vertical black bands. Curious, they often come close.<\/li><li><strong>Damselfish<\/strong>: small, very dark, they move in clouds above the rock. The young are electric blue.<\/li><li><strong>Rainbow wrasse<\/strong>: colorate come pennelli, maschi verdi e femmine rosa. Il pesce &#8220;arcobaleno&#8221; del Mediterraneo.<\/li><li><strong>Dusky grouper<\/strong>: massive, grey-brown, shy. They live in deep rocky dens.<\/li><li><strong>Bogue and saddled bream<\/strong>: fast shoals in semi-deep water.<\/li><li><strong>Red mullet<\/strong>: pinkish, with two barbels under the mouth. They rummage in the sand.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The invertebrates<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pi\u00f9 si guarda, pi\u00f9 si vede. It changes the colour and texture of its skin in a second. It is often spotted by the leftover shells in front of its den.<\/li><li><strong>Cuttlefish<\/strong>: they come close and hypnotise you with the rippling of their side fin.<\/li><li><strong>Sea urchins<\/strong>: il riccio viola \u00e8 comune, il riccio femmina (pi\u00f9 tondo, marrone) \u00e8 quello edule ma protetto da regolamenti.<\/li><li><strong>Red starfish<\/strong>: thick arms and an intense orange pigment.<\/li><li><strong>Rock crabs<\/strong>: veloci sulle rocce, grigi o verdi, spesso con un occhio sempre fuori dall\u2019acqua.<\/li><li><strong>Sea anemones<\/strong> and <strong>and actinias<\/strong>: little green or pink flowers clinging to the stone.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to snorkel well<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Use a <strong>mask<\/strong> that does not fog up (rinse with saliva or anti-fog gel); no headgear that gets in the way.<\/li><li>Get into the water <strong>fins first<\/strong>, camminando all\u2019indietro o seduto dallo scoglio.<\/li><li>Breathe slowly, move little. La luce penetra meglio e i colori si vedono. Evita le giornate di maestrale: solleva sabbia e riduce la visibilit\u00e0.
