Nel tratto di costa davanti al <strong>Cormoran Resort Villasimius<\/strong> una semplice uscita in snorkeling di mezz\u2019ora basta per incontrare quattro o cinque specie di pesci diverse, qualche invertebrato e, se sei fortunato, un polpo che ti guarda da sotto lo scoglio. Ecco cosa aspettarti.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019ecosistema costiero in breve<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fonds du sud de la Sardaigne alternent <strong>sable fin<\/strong>, <strong>prairies de posidonie<\/strong> et <strong>portions rocheuses<\/strong>. Ognuno ospita una comunit\u00e0 diversa: la sabbia \u00e8 il regno delle triglie e dei pesci piatti, la Posidonia \u00e8 la nursery di saraghi e seppie, la roccia \u00e8 il rifugio di cernie, polpi e murene. Fare snorkeling significa passare da un ambiente all\u2019altro: ogni pochi metri cambia la scena.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I pesci pi\u00f9 comuni<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Saupes<\/strong>: petits bancs de poissons argent\u00e9s \u00e0 rayures horizontales jaunes. V\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, ils broutent les feuilles de posidonie.<\/li><li><strong>Sar commun et sar \u00e0 t\u00eate noire<\/strong>: argent\u00e9s \u00e0 bandes noires verticales. Curieux, ils s'approchent souvent.<\/li><li><strong>Castagnoles<\/strong>: petites, tr\u00e8s sombres, elles se d\u00e9placent en nuages au-dessus de la roche. Les jeunes sont bleu \u00e9lectrique.<\/li><li><strong>Girelles<\/strong>: colorate come pennelli, maschi verdi e femmine rosa. Il pesce &#8220;arcobaleno&#8221; del Mediterraneo.<\/li><li><strong>M\u00e9rous bruns<\/strong>: massifs, gris-brun, farouches. Ils vivent dans des tani\u00e8res rocheuses profondes.<\/li><li><strong>Bogues et oblades<\/strong>: bancs rapides en eau semi-profonde.<\/li><li><strong>Rougets de roche<\/strong>: ros\u00e9s, avec deux barbillons sous la bouche. Ils fouillent le sable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les invert\u00e9br\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pi\u00f9 si guarda, pi\u00f9 si vede. La ricchezza del Mediterraneo sta negli organismi sessili o semi-mobili che popolano gli anfratti.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Poulpe commun<\/strong>: mim\u00e9tique comme aucun autre. Il change la couleur et la texture de sa peau en une seconde. On le rep\u00e8re souvent aux restes de coquilles devant sa tani\u00e8re.<\/li><li><strong>Seiches<\/strong>: elles s'approchent et hypnotisent par les ondulations de leur nageoire lat\u00e9rale.<\/li><li><strong>Oursins<\/strong>: il riccio viola \u00e8 comune, il riccio femmina (pi\u00f9 tondo, marrone) \u00e8 quello edule ma protetto da regolamenti.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9toiles de mer rouges<\/strong>: bras \u00e9pais et pigment orange intense.<\/li><li><strong>Crabes des rochers<\/strong>: veloci sulle rocce, grigi o verdi, spesso con un occhio sempre fuori dall\u2019acqua.<\/li><li><strong>Actinies<\/strong> et <strong>et an\u00e9mones<\/strong>: petites fleurs vertes ou roses accroch\u00e9es \u00e0 la pierre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment bien faire du snorkeling<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilisez un <strong>masque<\/strong> qui ne s'embue pas (rincez \u00e0 la salive ou au gel antibu\u00e9e) ; pas de couvre-chef g\u00eanant.<\/li><li>Entrez dans l'eau <strong>palmes d'abord<\/strong>, camminando all\u2019indietro o seduto dallo scoglio.<\/li><li>Respirez lentement, bougez peu. Les poissons s'approchent de ceux qui restent immobiles.<\/li><li>\u00c9vitez de toucher le fond ou de pi\u00e9tiner la posidonie.<\/li><li>Si vous voyez un poulpe, <strong>ne le sortez pas<\/strong>: \u00e8 vietato e inutile.<\/li><li>Contr\u00f4lez toujours votre position par rapport au rivage et au vent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quando \u00e8 meglio uscire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ore migliori sono quelle di sole alto, tra le dieci e le tre del pomeriggio, con mare piatto. La luce penetra meglio e i colori si vedono. Evita le giornate di maestrale: solleva sabbia e riduce la visibilit\u00e0.
